Description
Application & Recovery Stage:
This garment is specifically for Stage 2 recovery (from 15 days post-op onward), when initial swelling has subsided but ongoing compression is needed for skin retraction and body contouring. It is suitable for patients who have undergone 360° full body liposuction, abdominal lipo, hip and thigh contouring.
Double Layer Fabric System:
The BL8649-2 uses a two-layer construction that delivers medical grade compression without sacrificing breathability:
Inner Layer: 45% Spandex / 55% Nylon blend. Spandex content provides high elasticity with stretchability up to 300%, allowing the garment to closely conform to body curves while maintaining lightweight breathability.
Outer Layer: Compression Powernet. Provides foundational pressure to evenly envelop abdominal fat, enhances fabric durability and tear resistance, and reduces stuffiness during extended wear.
3D Tailored Hip Zone:
Unlike standard compression garments that flatten the buttocks, the BL8649-2 features a glute-specific zone using ultra-elastic, compression-free fabric (80% nylon/20% spandex hybrid). This creates a "peach buttocks" effect—the hip area is enlarged through 3D tailoring to accommodate natural curves while the surrounding compression zones provide shaping.
Abdominal Compression:
The abdominal area uses double layer fabric to apply uniform pressure. Fat is squeezed inward and upward to better fit body contour, reducing looseness and creating a flatter appearance.
Functional Design:
Front closure: 3 rows of adjustable hooks for customized compression as swelling decreases
Open crotch: Zippered design for easy bathroom access without removing the garment
Shoulder straps: Adjustable wide straps with non-slip silicone lace legs to maintain position
Chest design: U-shaped for comfortable support

Product Features & B2B Advantages
Dual‑layer independent function: The inner ply manages moisture and conforms to the skin; the outer ply delivers mechanical compression. No single fabric has to do both, so performance is higher in each category.
Anti‑flat hip geometry: Most compression garments flatten the gluteal region because they use the same fabric everywhere. The BL8649‑2 isolates the hip zone with a softer, low‑tension panel and enlarges the pattern in three dimensions. Result: a round, lifted buttock contour.
300% elongation vs industry baseline: Ordinary shapewear stretches roughly 100% of its resting length. Our inner fabric reaches 300%, meaning one size absorbs more body variation – fewer SKUs for you, better fit for patients.
Zippered drop seat as a compliance tool: Removing a full bodysuit for every bathroom visit is painful and impractical after surgery. The full‑length zipper turns a barrier into a convenience, directly extending daily wear time.
Radial abdominal pressure: The double layer applies force not only inward but also upward, mimicking manual lymphatic drainage direction. This helps reduce the “shelf” effect above the incision line.
Low MOQ for market entry: 50 pieces per color/design allows clinics, small brands, and distributors to stock a professional Stage 2 garment without warehouse risk.
Logistics & OEM/ODM Services
We operate a direct‑to‑client shipping system for North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) and Europe (UK, France, Germany). Lead time for custom orders: 30‑45 days after final approval. We use sea, air, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your timeline and budget. Door‑to‑door delivery or cooperation with your own forwarder – both options available. Each carton is packed with internal dividers to prevent deformation, and we supply commercial invoices, packing lists, and any country‑specific documentation needed for customs.
OEM/ODM Services
Pattern & compression tuning: Our pattern makers can increase or decrease panel compression values, change the cut of the hip zone, or add partial double‑layer reinforcement in specific areas (e.g., lower abdomen only).
Full aesthetic customization: We match any Pantone color for the inner and outer layers separately. Custom silicone logos, woven labels, printed hang tags, and individual poly bags with your branding are produced in‑house.
Grading for any population: We hold size tables for US, Asian, UK, and Latin American body types. We can also develop a completely new grade rule from your existing best‑selling size.
Small‑batch friendly: MOQ 50 pieces per color per design. No punitive pricing for low volumes. We treat a 50‑piece order with the same quality checks as a 5,000‑piece order.
Company Profile & Expertise
We are an ISO 9001:2015‑certified factory with a single focus: compression wear for post‑surgical recovery. Over 17 years we have released 400+ styles and fulfilled orders for more than 5,000 global clients, including over 100 long‑term OEM/ODM brand partners. Our engineering team does not guess – we base panel shapes, seam placement, and fabric selection on real patient feedback and surgeon recommendations. We own every step from greige fabric inspection to final packing. You talk directly to production planners, not to a trading desk. This direct line is why brands from Canada to Argentina keep reordering.
