BL86636 combines a waist cincher and a full body faja in one garment. It is designed for Stage 2/3 recovery after 360° liposuction, targeting the tummy, belly, waist, and back. The abdominal area features 4-layer fabric compression that squeezes fat inward and upward for a flatter contour. Seven steel bones—5 in the back and 2 in the abdomen—increase waist and abdominal pressure and prevent curling. The buttocks area uses a 3D molded cup design with 360g mesh fabric, which reduces friction at scar sites and applies zoned pressure to concentrate and lift fat for rounder, fuller buttocks. A 5-level adjustable shoulder strap system and zippered open crotch add comfort and convenience. Non-slip silicone lace legs keep the shorts in place. Made from 45% spandex / 55% nylon inner and 360g high-compression powernet outer. Suitable for Stage 2/3 recovery.
